    Studio Owner, 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Yogic Empowerment Coach

    Tara, born and raised in McCall, has always felt at home among the trees and running water. Since she was a child, she has been mystified by the unseen. Through Yoga, she healed limiting beliefs and transformed old narratives, building deep connection with her body, Spirit and community. Tara’s deepest passion is working one-on-one with clients to guide them into an empowered and loving state through yogic practices. As a member of the Bhakti Yoga lineage, she blends movement, energy awareness and loving devotion to help her clients find safety and friendship within themselves.

    Renée Silvus

    Yoga Teacher, Educator, Coach

    Renee Silvus brings a unique blend of perspectives as an educator, mindset coach, retreat facilitator, yoga teacher, and writer. She began attending yoga classes in 2000. Her yoga teacher training is with the Himalayan Yoga and Meditation Bharati lineage. Bharati translates as one who loves the light of knowledge. She teaches a morning flow class at Enliven that builds an invigorating sequence in a bath of beautiful music.

    Raelene McDonough

    200 Hour Registered Yoga and Meditation Teacher

    Raelene graduated from Sage Yoga in Boise RYT 200hr and Radiant Sutras Meditation 200hr.

    She enjoys teaching slower flows of yoga as well as teaching Yin, Restorative, and Nidra. Incorporating the breath with each movement and pose, moves energy throughout the body to allow you to quiet your thoughts and remove energy blockages. She characterizes her style as Heart Centered Yoga by opening the heart space and guiding others to live a life of compassion and love for self and others.

    Ashaya Dietz

    Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Massage Therapist

    A’Tia Ashaya Nova is a soulstream guide and lifelong dreamer who began waking within her dreams as a teen. Her classes are rooted in reverence, slowness, and intuitive presence—inviting students to meet themselves at the threshold of each breath. A former studio owner and longtime facilitator at Maven’s Haven, Ashaya blends yin, somatic awareness, and multidimensional embodiment to support deep integration and remembrance.

    Lindsey Lynch

    Musician, 200 Hour Register Yoga Teacher

    Nothing can light Lindsey’s spirit more than dance, music, sharing her voice, and bringing people together. She’d argue that there’s nothing better than combining all of those together! You’ll find her co-hosting monthly ecstatic dance and sound baths with Tara Seubert among various other classes put on by Enliven.

  • Kathryn Yoganathan

    Reiki Master , Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Certified Deep Clearing Practitioner

    Katie Yoganathan is an intuitive healer in McCall, Idaho, offering Reiki, Emotion Code®, and Deep Clearing for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and energetic balance. Her trauma-informed, collaborative sessions remove stuck energy from the body and biofield and are suited for those with chronic stress or trauma. Katie also provides healing for incarcerated women and funds sessions through community workshops. Clients seek her for stress reduction, pain support, emotional release, and greater clarity; some services are available remotely, with hands-on work offered in person.
