I know what it feels like to be completely hijacked by your own mind. The anxiety, the self-doubt, the racing thoughts.

As a teenager I struggled deeply with my mental health. Panic attacks almost daily, an achy and exhausted body, a mind that felt impossible to live in. Western medicine offered me labels and prescriptions — but nothing that felt like the full picture. Something in me knew there had to be more.

Then yoga found me. Not as a fitness practice, but as a sanctuary. Within it I discovered breathwork, nervous system regulation, supportive community, and for the first time in years — solid ground. A moment of genuine peace inside a body that had never felt safe.

That discovery changed everything. I dove deeply into the practice and enrolled into yoga teacher training, realizing my purpose was to share what had saved me. My deepest passion is to work with people one on one — in the intimate, unhurried space where real transformation happens.

This 12-week journey is the most personal thing I have ever created. It is everything I wish I had been given when I needed it most — and it is my greatest honor to offer it to you.

My approach

First, we regulate your nervous system and train your awareness to observe your inner world without being consumed by it — building a toolkit of practices you can use the moment anxiety or overwhelm strikes.

From that grounded foundation, we go deeper — uncovering the limiting beliefs that have been quietly shaping your life and embodying the version of yourself that exists beneath them.

Every session combines breath, movement, meditation, and coaching to create change that lives in the body, not just the mind.
